Slow Cooker Parmesan Honey Pork Roast

--1 boneless pork roast
--2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
--1/2 cup honey
--3 tablespoons soy sauce
--2 tablespoon dried basil
--2 tablespoon minced garlic
--2 tablespoon olive oil
--1/2 teaspoon salt
--2 tablespoons cornstarch
--1/4 cup cold water

1.  Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2.  Place roast in slow cooker.
3.  In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, honey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, olive oil and salt.
4.  Add to slow cooker.
5.  Cover and cook for 8-10 hours or until cooked through.
6.  Remove meat and keep warm.
7.  Skim fat from cooking juices.
8. Transfer cooking juices to small saucepan and bring to a boil.
9.  Combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
10. Gradually stir into saucepan.
11. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
12. Slice roast and serve with gravy.
