-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
-1/2 onion (finely diced)
-1 cans mixed veggies (drained)
-1 can chicken broth
-1 (10 oz) package of refrigerated biscuits
1. Place chicken in slow cooker and season with parsley, poultry seasoning, seasoned salt, paprika and pepper.
2. Add butter, cream of chicken soup, onion, mixed veggies and just enough chicken broth to cover.
3. Flatten biscuits and cut into strips. Add to the slow cooker, making sure they are covered by liquid.
4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
