It's been over a year since I started this blog, and I feel as thought I've failed completely over the last few months. But now that things have settled down a little (this year has been C-R-A-Z-Y), I hope to continue to share with you our weekly menu. Shannon! It's Dawn (Utaski)...you should not feel like a failure!! Sounds like you have a LOT going on and the fact that you are (1) even trying to get meals on the table with everything going on and (2) trying to blog about it is great....I had a rough time adjusting to life after baby #1 so I can relate...being organized is the best way to get it done and this blog should at the very least help you do that. :)
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you tried that Santa Fe Crockpot recipe (on your pinterest board) but it is SUPER easy and delish, one of our favorites. I literally throw it in a pot at the end of dinner the night before I want to make it, put it in the fridge, and start it in the morning.
Good luck keeping up with this, I will stop back by for more ideas.... :)
